Gavin Monaghan, owner and producer-in-chief at Magic Garden Studios, has spent decades shaping the sound of iconic artists and emerging talent. After playing major international festivals in his early years, he transitioned to production, opening his first studio, Clockwork, in London. Since then, he has worked in some of the world’s most renowned recording spaces, earning multiple gold and platinum records. His diverse roster includes Robert Plant, Led Zeppelin Archive, the Elvis Presley and Duane Eddy estates, Editors, Paolo Nutini, The Twang, Aurora, The Sherlocks, and many more. His productions have appeared in films, television, and advertising, from Austin Powers and Twilight to Peaky Blinders and American Horror Story. A two-time winner of the BMA Producer of the Year and Studio of the Year awards (2019, 2022/23), Gavin continues to push creative boundaries, making magic happen at Magic Garden Studios.
